Shipping & Delivery with Provider Planet AURA

Everything you need to know !

All orders placed on the Club Vino Sapiens website are insured with a privileged partner Planet Aura, a specialist in the transport of small quantities of wine for individuals. Their quality services ensure international shipping outside the countries listed below which prohibit the import of alcohol into their territory and without counting certain customs restrictions.

The non-exhaustive list of countries or states prohibiting the importation of alcohol:

  • Utah, Mississippi, Delaware and Rhode Island

  • For Rhode Island it is possible to pick up the goods in NY at Planet Aura's importer

Shipping Order

The order will be delivered in one go regardless of the quantity,

  • The order can be delivered in several times if the country's regulations require it. according to the information provided by the Customer when finalizing his order on the Club Vino Sapiens website, i.e. delivery address and telephone number. The customer is responsible for the information provided and for any errors transmitted that may affect the delivery time or loss of the order!

  • The delivery time of an international order is subject to some logistical variables including the handling of the order between the distance of the point of collection to the point of delivery, various administrative and customs procedures and of course depending on the mode of transport (sea / air)

  • In application of the French law, the service provider Planet Aura has a defined maximum delay of 90 days to fully ensure its service. The policy and the commitment of our service provider Planet Aura is to respond as quickly as possible to the satisfaction of the Customer.

       In case of a delay in the delivery of an order, our service provider Planet Aura will inform the customer waiting for his order directly.

  • Upon request, the client can schedule a delivery date later than the one planned, by contacting directly our partner Planet Aura who will agree on a date estimate to ensure the client's request. However, no modification of the delivery date can be made after the Order has been shipped

  • Orders to third countries (outside of France and the EU) will only be returned if they are signed for by a person of legal age in that country. Without signature the delivery of the goods will not be delivered.

  • In case of absence of the customer or a third party to receive the delivery on the scheduled  date, will follow 2 new delivery attempts by the carrier. Our service provider Planet Aura at this stage, will intervene to inform either by mail and / or sms to inform of delivery attempts. If the recipient's address is eligible for a drop-off at a relay point, or if the address is not eligible, the package will be returned to our importer (in NY for orders to the USA) and in this case an additional cost of 30€ will be charged for the reshipment at a later date to the recipient.

  • Delivery charges  : for 6 bottles = 186€ for 12 bottles = 348€ for 18 bottles = 504€

Dispute order

  • The Customer or the authorized third party is required to check the condition and packaging of the order at the time of delivery to avoid any anomaly in the order (breakage, quantity, etc.). If no reservations are made about the condition of the order at the time of signature, the order is deemed to have been accepted as is, with no right to a subsequent claim.

  • In case of dispute and complaint about the delivery of the order, the customer must contact our service provider Planet Aura by e-mail at contact@planet-aura.com

  • If an anomaly of breakage and/or loss of the order is identified, our service provider Planet Aura undertakes to replace and reroute to the customer the lost broken products .

- The customer can also request a refund.
- In the case of a single lost or broken bottle, it is recommended to choose the option of refunding the value of the product instead of sending a new shipment of goods.
